Redfern Apocalypse

After a research vessel crashes, mercenary Kyle and scientist Elena are stranded on a lost continent, struck by a zombie catastrophe triggered by red fern spores. Bitten by zombies, Kyle never mutates but awakens the ancient Abyssal bloodline instead, gaining super perception and spore immunity, with a mysterious spiral totem emerging on his arm.
They explore ancient ruins and uncover the truth behind the out-of-control immortality experiment. Meanwhile, they face persecution from the villain Rock and genetic schemes from scientist Audric. On the final altar, Elena sacrifices her chimeric blood to purify the disaster. Kyle returns with research data and builds a research center in her name, turning her sacrifice into eternal protection for humanity.
